The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Direct the activities of the maintenance department and coordinate efforts with headquarters, other plants, and outside vendors.
- Manage capital projects, participate in the development of a capital budget, and analyze equipment repair costs to make recommendations for repair or replacement.
- Maintain the electrical safety program, participate in the Process Safety Management program, and perform lockout/tagout procedures per company policy.
- Utilize knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems to troubleshoot issues, perform assembly and disassembly of machines, and use drawings and diagrams to identify failed components.
- Coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance programs, manage the plant's spare parts, and develop maintenance-related documents.
The Maintenance Supervisor should have the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment as a maintenance supervisor, with preferred certifications in mechanical/industrial fields (electrician, millwright, welding, etc.).
- Preventive maintenance experience with industrial equipment and familiarity with predictive technologies such as vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound equipment, and precision alignment.
- Experience with parts inventory management
