What You'll Do

  • Lead complex digital hardware and circuit board development from concept through production
  • Architect high-performance embedded computing solutions, FPGA-based systems, networking, storage, and secure processing platforms
  • Design next-generation high-speed digital hardware utilizing technologies such as PCIe Gen5+, DDR5+, and 400G+ Ethernet
  • Drive engineering best practices, design reviews, and verification strategies
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to improve product reliability and manufacturability
  • Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (Master's preferred)
  • 6+ years of experience designing board-level digital hardware
  • Strong background in embedded systems, high-speed interfaces, signal integrity, and complex circuit board design
  • Experience with FPGA technologies, advanced processors, networking hardware, or ruggedized electronics is highly desirable
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred Experience

  • FPGA platforms (AMD/Xilinx, Intel/Altera)
  • VPX/VITA architectures and military electronics
  • High-speed networking and advanced processor designs
  • Cadence Allegro and schematic capture tools
  • Aerospace, defense, or ruggedized electronics environments
  • Technical leadership and mentoring experience
