Location: Cortland, NY
Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead investigations into customer quality concerns and drive effective resolution
- Partner with manufacturing teams to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Analyze quality and process data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Support quality system compliance through audits, documentation, and continuous improvement activities
- Review and communicate corrective action reports and customer quality documentation
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve product quality and process performance
- Assist with customer and regulatory compliance requests
- Drive quality initiatives using statistical analysis and structured problem-solving methods
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred
- 5+ years of Quality, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering experience
- Experience supporting quality initiatives within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, MSA, 8D, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Proficiency with Minitab, Excel, and other quality analysis tools
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
