The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Executing a territory sales strategy focused on value-based selling and new account development
- Leading technical sales presentations and collaborating with internal engineering teams to develop proposals
- Managing customer relationships and sales activities through CRM tools
- Representing the company at industry events and trade shows
- Providing accurate sales forecasts and supporting business planning efforts
- Traveling 50-70% of the time (domestic and occasional international)
The Regional Sales Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience selling engineered products or systems, ideally into the pharmaceutical or process industries
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to translate technical solutions into business value
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
