Overview
A leading semiconductor company is seeking a Principal SoC Architect to define and drive the architecture of next-generation wireless, integrated circuit platforms. This position offers the opportunity to shape complex semiconductor products while collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Define system-level architectures for advanced semiconductor products.
- Drive technical alignment across hardware, software, digital, analogue and system engineering teams.
- Lead architectural trade-off analysis covering performance, power, functionality and manufacturability.
- Support technology roadmap development and long-term product strategy.
- Guide product development from concept through validation and production.
- Collaborate with international engineering and business stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
- MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering or similar.
- Extensive experience in semiconductor product development and architecture.
- Strong understanding of SoC, mixed-signal or ASIC development methodologies.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
- Proven track record of bringing complex semiconductor products to market.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
