As a Wealth Management Advisor, you will develop and grow a high-quality wealth management practice by managing and deepening relationships with an established book of high-net-worth clients. In this role, you will:
- Partner with clients to understand their financial goals and deliver customized wealth management strategies while acting as a fiduciary and always putting clients' interests first.
- Serve as the primary financial contact for clients, helping them navigate complex financial situations and prepare for retirement.
- Grow your practice by strengthening existing relationships and introducing clients to a broad range of wealth management solutions and services.
- Collaborate with internal specialists to provide comprehensive financial guidance and proactively address client needs.
- Bring a thoughtful, entrepreneurial mindset to business development while maintaining a client-first approach.
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of experience managing a book of business and building long-term relationships with affluent or high-net-worth clients.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, wealth management solutions, and financial planning strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to establish trust and credibility.
- Solutions-driven mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial objectives.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability for results.
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses; Series 65 or 66 required.
- Life and Health Insurance License, or ability to obtain required licensing within 120 days of hire.
Preferred
- Active resident-state Life and Health Insurance License.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level I.
- Commitment to continued professional development and advanced financial planning expertise.
