Associate Brand Manager
A leading consumer goods manufacturing company is currently seeking an Associate Brand Manager to support the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at driving sales and profitability. This role involves assisting with annual planning, budget management, and sales forecasting, as well as overseeing daily operations such as procurement, cost control, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of category trends, consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and financial performance.
Responsibilities for the Associate Brand Manager:
  • Support new product development, packaging improvements, and line extensions through analysis and collaboration with R&D.
  • Analyze market research, POS data, and sales performance to inform strategy and forecasting.
  • Create compelling sales presentations and support consumer communication initiatives with agency partners.
  • Monitor competitive activity, category trends, and SKU portfolio performance to guide decision-making.
  • Assist with inventory management, S&OP processes, and cross-functional project execution.
  • Develop P&Ls for new and existing items to evaluate pricing, cost, and trade support scenarios.
  • Maintain data integrity in syndicated databases and support consumer research initiatives.
Requirements for the Associate Brand Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, including at least 1 year in a brand management role within CPG
  • Proficient in analyzing POS and panel data (e.g., Circana/Nielsen)
  • Experience with market research and P&L analysis
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel as needed
