Billing Product Specialist
A dynamic operations and analytics AI platform designed for 3PLs and eCommerce businesses is looking for an accomplished Billing Product Specialist. This role focuses on being responsible for the company's billing automation tool. The specialist will serve as the go-to contact, internally and externally, for this innovative program.
Responsibilities
- Own billing and payments feature requirements, testing, documentation, and issue management in close partnership with Product and Engineering.
- Lead technical discovery and scope complex billing, payments, and integration requirements into clear implementation plans and configurations.
- Define, build, and validate billing architectures, rate cards, and data processes to ensure accurate, production-ready go-lives.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex billing, data, and integration issues, coordinating rapid resolution with internal teams.
- Act as the internal billing expert, enabling Sales and Account Managers to confidently position, sell, and implement billing solutions.
- Support and guide customers through payment processing, wallets, AR workflows, and accounting integrations to optimize end-to-end financial operations.
Qualifications
- 3-6+ years of relevant SaaS experience in solutions engineering, implementation, or technical customer success
- Ability to bridge business requirements and technical execution across diverse stakeholders
- Experience with data validation, QA, and system configuration
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Compensation: $95,000 - $125,000 CAD
