Continuous Improvement Manager

DSJ Global is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to be responsible for leading and facilitating initiatives that drive operational excellence, enhance efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. This role partners with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement process improvements, and ensure sustainable change using Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage continuous improvement projects across departments to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve quality and performance.
  • Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and training sessions to build internal capabilities in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and align them with strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on the progress and impact of improvement initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement by engaging employees at all levels and promoting innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or project management roles.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading successful improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis tools, and project management software.
