  • Knowledge of Powder Coating, Anodizing, or Fabrication: Proficiency in one or more of these specialized disciplines is highly desirable. You will leverage your expertise to enhance production processes, ensuring that final products meet or exceed customer expectations for quality and durability.
  • Experience with Aluminum: A comprehensive understanding of aluminum as a material, including its properties, applications, and challenges, will enable you to implement innovative solutions and improvements tailored to this versatile and widely used resource.
  • Strong Continuous Improvement Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S is critical. Your ability to identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and foster a culture of continuous improvement will be key to driving operational success.
  • Previous Experience as a CI/Quality Manager: A solid track record in leadership roles focused on quality assurance and continuous improvement is essential.
