Corrugator Supervisor
Position Summary:
A manufacturer of corrugated packaging products is looking for a new Corrugator Supervisor for its third shift. As corrugator supervisor you'll lead our corrugator team in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about developing people, optimizing processes, and driving results.
The Corrugator Supervisor (Third Shift) will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead daily corrugator operations, ensuring production goals, safety standards, and quality benchmarks are consistently met
 - Train and mentor team members in essential roles to build a flexible and capable workforce
 - Monitor and maintain inventory of rollstock and supplies to support uninterrupted production
 - Partner with maintenance and leadership to schedule repairs and preventive maintenance
 - Communicate effectively with other shifts and departments to ensure smooth handoffs and operational continuity
 - Enforce company policies and procedures while handling disciplinary actions professionally and respectfully
 - Resolve employee concerns and operational issues promptly, maintaining accurate documentation
 - Foster a positive team environment through fairness, consistency, and proactive conflict resolution
 - Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to a culture of accountability and collaboration
 
The Corrugator Supervisor (Third Shift) should have the following qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
 - At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting; experience in the corrugated packaging industry is preferred
 - Prior hands-on experience working on a corrugator machine
