About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician II to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll assemble and wire complex equipment with minimal supervision, ensuring quality and precision throughout the process. You'll collaborate closely with production leads and quality assurance teams, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. This position offers hands-on experience and training opportunities to help you grow your technical career.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components using BOMs, schematics, and drawings.
- Perform wiring and in-process inspections to meet quality standards.
- Communicate effectively regarding documentation issues and inspection results.
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the production area.
- Use MRP systems to locate and verify component information.
- Support additional tasks as assigned by the production manager.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in electro-mechanical assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and wiring diagrams.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for electrical systems.
- Proficiency with hand tools, meters, and crimping tools.
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer skills.
