Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to provide technical and administrative leadership for a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and technicians. This role is responsible for driving product development initiatives, improving processes, resolving performance issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The position involves managing resources effectively to achieve organizational goals, including margin improvement, market positioning, and regulatory adherence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing engineering projects from concept to execution.
- Leading new product development and continuous improvement efforts.
- Managing team performance, training, and career development.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and internal processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
- Guiding design efforts for electronic, software, and mechanical systems.
- Representing the organization in codes and standards committees.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to make sound, data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with engineering tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
- 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in product design or new product development.
- Experience in areas such as:
- Boiler or heat pump design
- PCB and software development
- HVAC system design and implementation
