FSQA Supervisor
A leading global organization is seeking a Quality & Food Safety Leader to drive excellence across plant operations. In this role, you will lead a high‑impact team responsible for ensuring that all products meet rigorous safety, regulatory, and quality standards. What You'll Do:
- Lead the execution and documentation of the facility's Food Safety Program, including HACCP, CCP verification, regulatory requirements, and product release.
- Oversee sanitation and pest‑control programs, ensuring full compliance with internal and external standards.
- Investigate food safety, micro, and environmental non‑conformances using the CAPA process to drive sustainable improvements.
- Manage microbial and environmental monitoring programs to ensure adherence to corporate quality procedures.
- Conduct internal audits for GMPs, quality systems, and regulatory readiness.
- Identify and implement quality and process improvements across operations.
- Deliver Food Safety training to cross‑functional teams.
- Track, analyze, and report plant Quality KPIs.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Biology, or a related field (or additional experience in lieu of degree).
- 3+ years of food safety and manufacturing experience within a regulated CPG environment.
- Experience managing sanitation and cleaning systems.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data‑driven problem solving.
- Preferred: supervisory experience and certifications such as HACCP, PCQI, or SQF.
