As the Global Key Account Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between our client and their key customer, ensuring seamless communication, exceptional service delivery, and continuous value creation. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Relationship Management:
- Build, nurture, and expand relationships with senior stakeholders within the tech client's organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their business priorities and aligning solutions to meet strategic objectives.
Revenue Growth & Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling across freight forwarding, air and ocean transport, and contract logistics services.
- Develop and execute account plans that drive profitability and sustainable growth.
Solution Design & Implementation:
- Collaborate with internal teams to design customised logistics solutions, leveraging technology and innovation to optimise supply chain performance.
- Ensure smooth implementation of services across multiple regions, maintaining compliance with global standards and regulations.
Operational Excellence:
- Monitor service performance, proactively address issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
