The Opportunity
In this senior procurement role, you will lead category strategy for a complex and business‑critical area, covering maintenance services, technical goods, spare parts, engineering‑related supplies, and other site‑support categories. You'll develop long‑term sourcing plans, manage major contract negotiations, and work closely with operational leaders to ensure performance, resilience, and value across the supply base.

What You Will Lead
- Develop and execute category strategies for Maintenance & Goods across multiple sites.
- Lead high‑value sourcing initiatives, complex tenders, and contract negotiations.
- Lead a team of 7 Category Manager, developing them to strengthen capability and performance
- Identify cost‑saving, risk‑mitigation, and performance‑enhancing opportunities.
- Analyse market dynamics, cost drivers, and supplier landscapes to support strategic decisions.
- Build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders in operations, engineering, production, and finance.
- Ensure compliance, sustainability, and standardisation across procurement activities.
