Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 + Bonus Eligibility

The Maintenance Manager responsibilities include:

  • Lead all maintenance operations to ensure maximum uptime, operational reliability, and equipment performance.
  • Manage preventive maintenance programs and ensure timely response to equipment breakdowns.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for work orders, machine updates, and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure equipment meets internal engineering and technical standards, including software/device updates.
  • Partner with Operational Technology specialists to ensure proper configuration and integration of plant devices.
  • Oversee the spare parts warehouse, ensuring availability, organization, and strong housekeeping practices.
  • Manage on‑site contractors and ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures.
  • Lead, train, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Support staffing needs, including scheduling coverage for vacations and absences.
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations and ensure accurate time and attendance records.
  • Reinforce a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all site, environmental, and OSHA standards.

The Maintenance Manager should have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment with automated machinery.
  • Strong working knowledge of computer‑controlled systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Proven ability to lead a busy engineering or maintenance function.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, leadership capability, and technical aptitude.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including climbing, kneeling, lifting 30-50 lbs, and performing hands‑on troubleshooting.
