The Maintenance Manager will oversee all maintenance and asset reliability activities at the facility. This includes leading a team of skilled technicians and engineers to maximize equipment uptime, drive safety initiatives, support production goals, and champion continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong technical background, a passion for developing teams, and a track record of improving reliability in a manufacturing environment.
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for…
- Monitor and improve safety performance through audits, training, and incident investigations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS and other digital maintenance systems.
- Lead maintenance operations including troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and equipment upgrades.
- Manage and develop team members through coaching, performance reviews, succession planning, and workforce development initiatives.
- Oversee maintenance budgets, forecast expenditures, and drive cost-effective maintenance strategies.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment reliability, downtime reduction, and maintenance effectiveness.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives, reliability programs, and capital projects to enhance plant performance.
- Partner closely with production, engineering, and leadership teams to drive operational excellence and achieve site objectives.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and safety expectations.

Required:
- 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related discipline.
- Previous experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, reliability, and preventive maintenance experience.
Preferred:
- Experience serving as a Maintenance Manager or similar maintenance leadership role.
- Experience leading reliability initiatives, continuous improvement projects, and capital project execution.
- Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning best practices.
