We are seeking a Maintenance Planner / Scheduler / Parts Room Superintendent to join our dynamic team in Milford, DE. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving maintenance planning, scheduling, and parts room operations in a fast-paced, high-performance production environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead the planning and scheduling of all asset maintenance activities using CMMS (Maximo or similar).
- Manage the parts room and associated staff, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely availability of materials.
- Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, procurement, and operations to optimize downtime and improve asset reliability.
- Develop and maintain work packages, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Oversee contractor scheduling, compliance, and performance reviews.
- Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all maintenance functions.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in maintenance planning or scheduling.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS systems (Maximo preferred).
- Proven leadership in managing parts inventory and maintenance workflows.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- College degree or equivalent experience required; post-secondary training in maintenance is a plus.
