Key Responsibilities:
- Champion a safety-focused mindset, ensuring all maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental standards.
- Manage and develop maintenance teams, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight.
- Oversee maintenance operations in industrial mining and chemical production environments, ensuring equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Apply reliability engineering principles to improve asset performance and reduce downtime.
- Lead projects and initiatives to enhance maintenance processes, optimize resources, and support continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in industrial mining, chemical manufacturing, or heavy industrial environments.

- Experience with safety and environmental compliance in regulated industrial settings.
