Maintenance Technician
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on production and packaging machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems within advanced food‑manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Engineering teams to ensure equipment uptime and process efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance.
- Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standards in line with certifications
Qualifications
- Experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within food or high‑volume manufacturing.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or PLC‑controlled systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment
