Night Production Manager
One of our clients in the heavy manufacturing industry is looking to bring on an experienced Production Manager. This person will play a crucial role in the success and expansion of their facility.
Location: Little Rock, Arkansas area (relocation assistance available)
Compensation: $85,000-110,000 + 25% bonus
Title: Night Production Manager (11pm-7:30am)
Responsibilities:
- Direct cross-functional manufacturing operations across production, maintenance, quality, procurement, and tooling functions.
- Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with ISO and EHS standards.
- Optimize production processes, equipment utilization, and inventory management to meet customer specifications and operational goals.
- Maintain facility and equipment reliability while ensuring accurate production reporting and SAP data integrity.
- Lead and communicate company objectives to manufacturing teams, fostering employee engagement and operational performance.
Qualifications:
- Strong manufacturing leader with 5+ years of production experience and 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Skilled in team leadership, employee training, and cross-functional communication.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, production operations, and continuous improvement principles.
- Proficient in SAP/ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and production data management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, financial, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
