Plant Quality Manager
You will play a key role in ensuring products meet customer expectations and regulatory standards, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Quality/SPS Manager in addressing customer issues, leading corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
- Support the development and execution of long-term strategies for the Plant Quality Department.
- Oversee daily activities of hourly quality associates, ensuring effective task management and performance.
- Develop, maintain, and improve the plant's quality testing and reporting systems.
- Lead and support all aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS), including training and facilitation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in developing and maintaining quality testing/reporting systems.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with APQP, QMS, and continuous improvement methodologies.
