Title: Product Manager, Industrial Equipment
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000k/yr + 10% bonus potential
Location: Denver, NC (on-site 5 days/week)
Company Summary: A market‑leading manufacturer within the retail solutions industry, known for engineering innovative, customer‑centric products that support major retailers, is expanding its Material Handling category and seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy, product development, and commercial performance.
The Product Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading category strategy, product roadmap, and lifecycle management
- Owning P&L performance, annual budget planning, and monthly forecasting
- Translating market insights into clear product and customer requirements
- Driving pricing strategy, product extensions, and portfolio rationalization
- Developing product positioning, messaging, and value propositions
- Assessing competitive landscape and emerging trends in retail and material handling
- Partnering with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing to execute initiatives
- Creating sales collateral, launch materials, and internal training resources
- Presenting category updates, opportunities, and risk assessments to leadership
- Building strong relationships with international product teams to align global strategy
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in Product Management or a similar role
- Must have experience in retail or retail-focused suppliers
- Experience with material handling equipment
- Background in last‑mile fulfillment, automation, or robotics is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Understanding of domestic and global supply chains
- Ability to travel 25-50%, including internationally
