  • Translate customer problems into clear product requirements for engineering and development teams.
  • Build and maintain a product roadmap aligned with organizational goals and cross‑functional priorities.
  • Understand target markets, product applications, customer segments, and competitive offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to build go‑to‑market strategies, messaging, promotional materials, and sales enablement tools.
  • Work cross‑functionally with engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality to ensure successful product launches and sustained support.
  • Oversee beta and pilot programs, gathering feedback to refine early‑stage solutions.
  • Manage product documentation, pricing structures, and configurations within internal systems.
  • Deliver initial product training for internal teams and support ongoing training needs in partnership with subject‑matter experts.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen product quality and operational performance.
  • Uphold organizational values and contribute to a strong culture of safety and accountability.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the success of the product portfolio.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Background in Heavy Industrial Equipment Mnaufacturing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with experience interacting directly with customers.
  • Proven project management abilities and comfort working across multiple teams.

  • Ability to review and understand technical documents, specifications, and market research findings.
  • Ability to travel as required.
