Production Manager

- 4+ years of progressive manufacturing or assembly experience in a production environment
- Hands-on background in mechanical and/or electrical assembly is a plus
- Strong leadership background, at least 2 years as a supervisor preferred
- Demonstrated ability to coach employees, manage performance, and hold teams accountable
- Comfortable analyzing production data, KPIs, and staffing requirements
- Working knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, CI, and similar principles
- Experienced in structured assembly industries
- Lead daily production and assembly operations to support output, quality, and delivery objectives
- Manage and develop production staff through clear expectations, coaching, and accountability
- Allocate labor and resources effectively based on workload and production needs
- Identify and address workflow issues, staffing challenges, and operational bottlenecks
- Monitor production performance and adjust plans as needed to meet business priorities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support manufacturing activities
- Promote a safe, organized, and continuously improving production environment
- Utilize LEAN/Six Sigma principles to drive efficiencies across the production floor
