Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development across ocean and air freight verticals, focusing on both new and existing clients.
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop customized logistics solutions to meet client needs.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage high-value accounts with a consultative sales approach.
  • Collaborate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and global trade developments.

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in international freight forwarding, with a strong focus on ocean and air logistics.
  • Proven success in B2B sales and strategic account development.
  • Deep knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and global supply chain dynamics.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a strong advantage.
