Role

  • This position is with a leading US semiconductor company and focuses on regional oversight of chemical and slurry facilities systems across manufacturing sites.
  • The role is responsible for leading and supporting greenfield and expansion projects, including design, construction, commissioning, and capital expenditure review. It involves close collaboration with global teams across sustainability, construction, and planning to ensure alignment with company standards.
  • The position also drives system reliability and continuous improvement initiatives, including lifecycle upgrades, quality enhancement, and operational efficiency. It plays a key role in aligning regional programs with global frameworks and sharing best practices across sites.
  • As a regional interface, this role acts as the primary liaison between site teams and global headquarters, ensuring consistency in reporting, engineering standards, and performance metrics.
  • In addition, the role contributes to engineering standard development, supplier quality improvement, and operations and maintenance strategy across the facilities function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in chemical or slurry systems within a facilities or infrastructure environment, rather than purely production or process roles.
  • Strong background in project delivery, including exposure to design, construction, commissioning, and capital projects.
  • Experience within semiconductor, cleanroom, or high-tech manufacturing environments is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a regional or global matrix organization with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in driving system reliability, continuous improvement, and alignment to global engineering standards.
