Senior Manager - Procurement Service Center

Location: Poland, Germany, or UK (with frequent EU travel in the first year)
Function: Indirect Procurement | Procurement Operations

A global organization is seeking a highly driven Senior Manager to build and lead a newly established Procurement Service Center (PSC) supporting a corporate-wide transformation initiative. This is a critical leadership role focused on developing and managing a virtual procurement helpdesk, optimizing user support and service delivery via platforms like ServiceNow and SAP Ariba.

Key responsibilities include recruiting and managing an international team, streamlining ticket resolution processes, driving operational performance through meaningful analytics, and continuously improving procurement support functions such as sourcing queries, P2P issues, vendor onboarding, contract alerts, and policy clarification.

You will collaborate closely with global procurement teams, process owners, and shared services to ensure end-to-end process alignment, effective system administration, and digital enablement. The role also includes supporting transformation projects, leading change management efforts, and establishing scalable frameworks for M&A integration and master data governance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years leading procurement service desks/shared service teams in a global organization

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow, SAP Ariba, SAP P2P (SAP S/4HANA a plus)

  • Expertise in operational process improvement, ticketing analytics, and change management

  • Skilled in managing virtual teams, service KPIs, and digital enablement

  • Fluent English and willingness to travel extensively within Europe
