Senior Procurement Operations Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation Support:
- Participate in workshops, design reviews, and testing sessions during ERP implementation.
- Provide business insights for configuration and process design.
- Help define and document future-state P2P processes.
- Support system testing by executing test cases and documenting outcomes.
- Offer feedback for system and process enhancements.
End-User Support & Training:
- Act as the first point of contact for P2P-related inquiries.
- Assist in onboarding and training users on P2P processes.
- Develop and maintain user documentation and job aids.
- Escalate system/process issues to appropriate support teams.
- Collaborate with change management teams as needed.
Post-Go-Live Support:
- Monitor transaction flows and identify process bottlenecks.
- Support quarter-end and year-end close activities.
- Participate in issue resolution and process improvement efforts.
- Assist with change management and adoption initiatives.
- Contribute to deployment and rollout plans.
Enhancement & Optimization:
- Gather user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in testing and validation of system updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process efficiency.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain clear communication with functional leads, system owners, and users.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for technical teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Strong understanding of the full P2P lifecycle (e.g., requisitions, POs, receipts, invoices, payments, supplier management).
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, accounts payable, or related functions.
- Quick learner with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in spreadsheets, reporting, and data validation.
- Experience with ERP systems (ERP cloud platforms preferred).
- Familiarity with both centralized and decentralized procurement models.
- Experience in system implementations or process improvement projects.
