Senior Sales Representative

My client is looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Representative to lead business development efforts in the protein packaging sector across Ontario and Western Canada. This role offers a remote work model, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Your Role:

As a key member of my client's sales team, you will:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the protein packaging market
  • Drive revenue growth and execute strategic plans to expand market presence
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine strategies based on market trends and customer feedback
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships at all organizational levels
  • Support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with pricing and margin guidelines
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed account plans using CRM tools
  • Promote cross-selling opportunities and represent the company as a knowledgeable industry partner
  • Manage administrative tasks including CRM updates, cold outreach, and data entry in SAP

What You Bring:

  • Solid understanding of the protein packaging industry
  • Minimum of 3 years in a sales or business development role
  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and close new business
  • Skilled in identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Confident communicator and negotiator with a strategic mindset
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
