Sr. Maintenance Technician
This role is responsible for maintaining high equipment uptime through expert troubleshooting, repairs, and technical leadership in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The position serves as a subject matter expert in at least one major production area and supports continuous improvement, operator training, and maintenance best practices
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair high‑speed production equipment to maximize uptime.
- Train and support operators and technicians on equipment operation and procedures.
- Lead or assist with improvement projects, equipment upgrades, and root‑cause analysis.
- Use maintenance software and diagnostic tools to monitor performance and identify issues.
- Perform machine setups, overhauls, and preventive/predictive maintenance activities.
- Maintain facility and auxiliary systems such as compressors, chillers, filtration systems, and other plant equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Hands‑on experience with packaging, blow molding, injection molding, or similar equipment.
- Familiarity with major OEM systems (e.g., Krones, Husky, Sidel).
- Experience leading technical projects or training others.
- Skills in welding/fabrication and working with electrical systems, VFDs, PLCs, and automation networks.
- Associate degree in a manufacturing or technical discipline (preferred).
