The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for the following:
- Partner with senior leadership to deliver clear, data-driven insights that guide strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement dashboards and reporting tools that make complex data accessible and actionable.
- Analyze warehouse performance, labor metrics, and freight spend to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend process enhancements and automation strategies to optimize operations and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless supply chain performance.
The Supply Chain Analyst should have the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or related field required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain analysis or a similar role.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
- Familiarity with WMS/LMS systems; Manhattan Scale required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Experience with IBM Planning Analytics, Cognos, Oracle ERP.
- Forecasting and data modeling expertise.
This is a full time permanent hybrid role based in Hudson County, NJ (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
