Supply Chain Data Analyst
We are seeking a technically proficient Supply Chain Data Analyst (Senior Level) with a strong background in business intelligence, data engineering, and advanced analytics. This role will lead the design and management of our data infrastructure, enabling scalable analytics and actionable insights across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and predictive analytics, and will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize KPIs and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Design and manage BI tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to support business operations.
- Implement scalable data analytics strategies to drive decision-making and improve outcomes.
- Ensure data governance standards are upheld, including accuracy, accessibility, and security.
- Translate complex datasets into actionable insights using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and other tools.
- Define and track KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders across supply chain, finance, and marketing.
- Support data quality initiatives through documentation, testing, and tooling improvements.
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored insights.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling.
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and analytics platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in ecommerce, consumer goods, or retail is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with integrating AI and machine learning into data workflows is a plus.
