Overview:
Our client, a leading organization in the life sciences space, is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to lead customer-facing supply chain operations. This role is critical in ensuring seamless order fulfillment, proactive issue resolution, and strong collaboration between internal teams and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to supply chain activities
- Collaborate with logistics, warehousing, and planning teams to resolve service issues
- Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Lead and mentor a small team of customer service representatives
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain customer service or order management
- Strong understanding of logistics, inventory, and distribution processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.)
- Background in manufacturing, life sciences, or distribution preferred
