Key Responsibilities

Channel Development & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a regional channel sales strategy to expand distributor and dealer networks in alignment with revenue and market‑share objectives.
  • Build a scalable channel program, including performance frameworks, onboarding processes, and partner incentives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recruit high‑potential distribution and dealer partners across Vietnam and the broader region.

Distributor Management & Performance Growth

  • Strengthen relationships with existing channel partners and cultivate multi‑level engagement from national leadership to local branch teams.
  • Set performance KPIs for distributors and monitor sales productivity, market execution, and revenue achievement.
  • Support partners with training, commercial engagement, sales tools, and product knowledge to enable stronger market impact.
  • Co‑host sales events, roadshows, and customer engagement activities with channel representatives.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Customer Service, Engineering, Production, and Marketing to ensure partner needs are addressed and the customer experience is seamless.
  • Provide technical insights and product feedback to internal teams to help refine offerings and improve sales enablement.
  • Support bid responses or project tenders with relevant technical, commercial, and product information.

Pipeline, Forecasting & Reporting

  • Produce accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports for channel‑driven business.
  • Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer trend analysis to inform regional and global strategy.
  • Track partner activity, business performance, and market engagement.

Market & Customer Insights

  • Stay up‑to‑date with market shifts, competitor activity, regulations, and customer needs in the power distribution and electrical equipment sectors.
  • Identify opportunities to increase partner effectiveness and expand into new verticals or high‑growth market segments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical disciplines, or related fields.
  • Experience managing distributor/dealer networks within a manufacturing or industrial equipment environment.
  • Technical sales experience with electrical equipment, power transfer systems, ATS solutions, generators, or mechanical/electromechanical products preferred.
  • Proven success building channel strategies and generating market growth beyond industry benchmarks.
  • Strong understanding of channel partner models, distributor economics, and go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills across all organizational levels.
  • Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and translate insights into commercial action.
  • Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Results‑oriented with a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability.
  • Ability to travel 50-70% regionally; proximity to a major airport is preferred.
