My client is a China Garment OEM with global operation including Europe, Japan and Korea, with own manufacturing sites in China and SEA markets. They are seeking an experienced but strategic Quality Director in ladies' woven garment to oversee al technical functions.

Core Competencies:
- Capable of building a full-chain QC system from fabric inspection to final product
- Strong team leadership and training capabilities
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and crisis management
- Able to work under pressure and independently drive projects
Job Requirements:
- 8+ years in quality management at large woven garment factories in Southeast Asia
- Proficient in sewing techniques for shirts, dresses, skirts, pants, coats, jackets, suits, etc.
- Able to make samples independently; familiar with AQL inspection and Japanese QC standards
- Experience with Japanese /Korean brands in ladies' woven garment
- Fluent in Chinese; English proficiency is a strong plus
