Summary:
This role involves leading a team of supply chain professionals, overseeing hiring, on-boarding, coaching, and performance management. The manager will develop and execute plans to meet annual departmental goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement multi-year supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Sourcing, Finance, IT, and Logistics to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify and eliminate barriers to performance excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team by providing training, tools, and feedback.
- Oversee supply chain capacity planning and contribute to a sustainable S&OP process.
- Drive adoption of operational systems and foster a culture of discipline and engagement.
- Promote transparency, trust, and alignment across departments to achieve breakthrough results.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Technology.
- 10+ years of leadership experience across the supply chain.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and lean methodologies.
- Proven ability to build high-performance teams and manage performance.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
