What You'll Do:
Be the first line of advanced troubleshooting support for production, maintenance, and engineering teams.
Maintain and improve equipment reliability to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
Lead and coordinate external contractors and service providers to ensure work meets internal safety and operational standards.
Serve as the primary expert for control and electrical systems-maintain, edit, and write PLC/HMI programs, update drawings, and troubleshoot electrical issues.
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve safety, OEE, quality, and overall process efficiency.
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in automation and controls, with 2+ years in a manufacturing/CPG or industrial production environment.
Expertise in Rockwell Automation PLC and HMI programming software.
Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and troubleshooting complex control systems.
Experience with high-speed packaging equipment and a working knowledge of mechanical and pneumatic systems.
