Plant Manager
Job Summary:
A leading chemical manufacturing company is seeking a results-driven Plant Manager to lead operations at their Maine facility. This role is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient production while meeting high standards for quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily plant operations including production, maintenance, safety, and quality.
Ensure compliance with all environmental and safety regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
Drive operational improvements and maximize efficiency.
Manage budgets, KPIs, and plant personnel performance.
Promote a strong safety culture and support team development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
7+ years of experience in chemical or process manufacturing, with leadership roles.
In-depth knowledge of safety standards and compliance.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
