Skills: Proficient in U.S. labeling laws, SAP, Genesis software, and intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance: Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with food regulations and standards.
Labeling and Documentation: Create and verify product specifications, labels, and nutritional information.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to provide regulatory guidance and support for new acquisitions and product development.
