Supply Chain Production Lead
Base: Shenzhen, China
Objective:
- Ensuring that products arrive at the designated location on time at the optimal cost.
Responsibilities:
- Manage production plans based on customer demand and supplier production capacity.
- Through effective order management, I ensure stable production supply while optimizing product delivery times and inventory.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of product-related data and information.
- Manage and balance the supply capacity of multiple suppliers, inspect, analyze, and improve supplier production flexibility, shorten their production cycles, and enhance their production and supply flexibility.
- Collaborate to develop and enhance suppliers' autonomy in supply chain management and price optimization.
- Through supply chain audits, I lead suppliers in pursuing continuous excellent performance.
- Collaborate with suppliers to provide the best supply chain solutions to my internal partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above from a reputable university.
- Fluency in Mandarin and ability to use English as a working language.
- Positive, energetic, and willing to enjoy participating in sports.
- Strong problem analysis and logical thinking skills.
- Comfortable with numbers, strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
- Good organizational skills and ability to drive projects to completion on time and as expected.
- Curious and open-minded, with a global and long-term perspective.
- Proactive in communication, willing to share and collaborate with others.
- Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous, uncompromising, customer and result-oriented.
- Able to handle pressure, willing to accept challenges, focused on continuous learning, optimization, and improvement.
