Salary: $80 - 100k/yr + commission
Company Summary: A national provider of industrial filtration products and services supporting customers across a wide range of applications and industries.
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Driving profitable revenue growth through new business development and expansion of existing industrial accounts.
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, implementation, and account growth.
- Building and executing a territory business plan focused on strategic account penetration and market expansion.
- Identifying customer filtration challenges and recommending technical solutions across liquid, air, gas, hydraulic, dust collection, and process filtration applications.
- Conducting plant visits, application reviews, and filtration assessments to uncover opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Collaborating with manufacturing partners and internal technical resources to develop customer-specific solutions.
- Maintaining accurate opportunity pipelines, forecasts, account strategies, and customer activity within CRM.
The Territory Sales Manager should have the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience
- Proven success selling industrial filtration products, process equipment, MRO solutions, fluid handling equipment, compressed air systems, pumps, valves, industrial automation, or other highly technical industrial products.
- Proven ability to hunt, close, and grow accounts within a defined territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
