Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Drive all Operations deliverables for new product introductions, including risk management, timing, and cross‑functional alignment.
- Develop and manage Operations timelines, budgets, and resource plans integrated into the broader project schedule.
- Coordinate engagement across advanced manufacturing, materials, production, and quality teams.
- Lead complex programs or major phases of larger initiatives, ensuring milestones are met with required quality and financial targets.
- Anticipate issues, escalate when necessary, and implement actionable resolution plans.
- Provide consistent, transparent communication to project stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Support design/process reviews focused on manufacturability and error‑proofing.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and collaborate with external suppliers or partners as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- 4+ years of project management experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong ability to influence cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success integrating technical and business elements within product development.
- Familiarity with Operations disciplines (manufacturing engineering, materials, production, quality).
- Solid understanding of project management and change management principles.
- PMP certification preferred; Lean exposure beneficial.
