Logistics Manager
- Manage end-to-end outbound shipping for e-commerce orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee 3PL partnerships, carriers, and freight providers to optimize service and cost.
- Develop and improve SOPs for fulfillment and shipping processes.
- Monitor KPIs and provide insights to senior leadership for operational improvements.
- Collaborate with inventory and warehouse teams to maintain real-time accuracy.
- Negotiate carrier rates and manage international shipping compliance.
- 5+ years in e-commerce logistics or supply chain management, ideally in luxury or premium consumer goods.
- Strong knowledge of outbound fulfillment, carrier networks, and 3PL operations.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume shipments while maintaining elevated service standards.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills; proficiency in OMS, WMS, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, NetSuite, Manhattan, or similar).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
