About the Role
We're seeking a Quality Director to lead all quality and compliance initiatives for a rapidly growing manufacturer. This role oversees QA/QC, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement, ensuring adherence to FDA cGMP (21 CFR Part 111) and industry standards. You'll drive strategy, mentor teams, and partner cross-functionally to deliver safe, high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize the Quality Management System (QMS) and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, NSF, SQF, and customer requirements.
- Oversee audits, CAPA, and supplier qualification programs.
- Manage QC testing, product release, and lab operations.
- Drive continuous improvement using data-driven methods and Lean/Six Sigma tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years in Quality within supplements, food, or pharma; 3+ years in leadership.
- Strong knowledge of FDA cGMP, HACCP, and audit processes.
- Experience with QMS, CAPA, and QC lab oversight.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
