Summary:
A nationally leading packaging company is looking for a Senior Sales Representative to join their team. In this role, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share within the corrugated packaging sector across New York, Eastern Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey
The Senior Sales Representative will have the following responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by executing strategic sales plans and expanding market presence
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients at all organizational levels to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather market insights and refine sales strategies
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure alignment with pricing and margin guidelines
- Maintain accurate forecasts and account plans using CRM tools
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach and market analysis
- Support cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer experience and product offerings
The Senior Sales Representative will have the following requirements and skill sets:
- Corrugated packaging sales experience
- Existing network of clients in Eastern OH, PA, NY, and NJ
- Strong understanding of customer needs and competitive dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts across a broad territory
- Demonstrated success in identifying cross-selling opportunities and driving account growth
- Comfortable with cold calling and administrative tasks that support sales operations
