Responsibilities
- Drive territory growth through account development, prospecting, and customer relationship management
- Manage the full sales cycle including forecasting, pipeline development, quotations, and order management
- Deliver technical sales presentations, product demonstrations, and consultative solutions to utility and industrial customers
- Partner with engineering, applications, and channel teams to develop customer-focused power system solutions
Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of sales or engineering experience within electric utilities, power systems, or technical manufacturing
- Knowledge of electrical power systems and medium-voltage distribution networks
- Proven ability to develop accounts, generate new business, and achieve sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 80%
