Business Development Manager - Contract Logistics & Transport Solutions

The Opportunity
We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to strengthen our growth across the Île-de-France region. This role will focus on developing new client partnerships within contract logistics and dedicated transport solutions, supporting long-term, high-value engagements.
You will play a key role in expanding the business footprint by identifying untapped opportunities and converting them into sustainable revenue streams.
Your Responsibilities
- Proactively develop and execute a new business strategy across Paris and the surrounding region
- Target and secure new customers within contract logistics (warehousing, fulfilment) and dedicated distribution solutions
- Build and manage a strong pipeline, converting opportunities into long-term contracts and partnerships
- Deliver consistent revenue growth, with an expected contribution of €3-5M annually through new business
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design tailored, value-led logistics solutions
- Lead commercial discussions, tenders, and negotiations through to successful contract award
- Engage senior decision-makers, influencing strategic supply chain decisions at C-level
- Stay close to market developments, identifying trends, competitor activity, and new avenues for growth
Profile
- Solid experience in business development within contract logistics and/or transport solutions
- Demonstrated success in winning new logos and delivering significant revenue growth
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain solutions, including warehousing and dedicated fleet operations
- Comfortable managing complex, consultative sales cycles
- Track record of building credibility with senior commercial and operational stakeholders
- Fluent in French and English
