We're looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join a growing team in the parcel and transport logistics sector. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities in the logistics and parcel delivery space.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with broader business goals.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform your approach.
  • Hybrid Work: Operate from home, regional offices, and the Brussels HQ (minimum one day per week onsite).

What You Bring

  • Experience: 2-4+ years in business development or key account management, ideally in parcel logistics or transportation.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Belgian logistics market and experience with companies in parcel delivery or freight transport.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to close deals, manage complex sales cycles, and deliver results.
  • Languages: Professional proficiency in French, Dutch, and English is essential.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, proactive, and customer-focused with a strong sense of ownership.
